Just had a look in SFM and she looks great, however it might just be a problem on my end, but it seems the flex controller is missing for her eyes (I can't pose them). EDIT: (or maybe this is a version that is only meant for GMOD)

Yes, this version is meant for gmod, since there´s some error with her eyes in sfm. I´ll work around this, by making them separately poseable on the sfm model

One thing: If you shine her with a lamp, some of her hair will go invisible. As lamps are crucial to making good shadows, it would be prefferable to have it corrected. You can even see this in OP.

I´m aware of this problem with her hair disappearing on laps due to being made transparent with the translucent vmt command and the best i could do was adding a second layer of hair usng alphatest for the transparency, to have her at least not going baldwhen shined on with a lamp. The alpha channels in the hair textures just make it look bad if you use alphatest instead of translucent, . I´m not advanced enough on this topic to solve this porblem. :????:

I just decompiled the model and recompiled it with the flexcontroller for the eyes added into the qc file and it works fine as far as I can tell (I've been doing that so often for models that lacked the controller, that it pretty much takes me just a couple of minutes nowadays, so I thought I'd make a quick fix for myself).

Blaz is likely talking about more than looks, and I definitely agree (annoying voice and stupid writing). But yeah, Ayane looks seriously good in 5. Really, though, they all do. I don't even like Hitomi or Helena but they at least look exponentially better than they did in DOA4. Mila's got all-around hotness even tho her face to me is very plain. Actually I've never played DoA5, I just think she's the most boring looking girl, although she seems to share my hairstyle. It's weird I've not played 5 because I've been a fan since DoA2 on DC. I've even played DoA1, haha. Personal preference, I've never liked Ayane and I've never understood why people think she's the best. I guess it's the short hair or something? Well, i guess i´ll go for that outfit next. :) And the black hair disappearing is due to source´s problems with translucent materials. They sometimes disappear completely if a lamp shines on them. The only other option would be alphatest, but it doesn´t handle transparency so well. The hair which is still there when a lamp shines on it is a separate layer i made, to which i applied alphatest so she won´t go bald. However, in sfm the translucent hair works perfectly fine, but this was all i could do for the gmod version.

Love Mila and love this model really good import. Currently I'm using it in SFM and it works great. The only problem is that v2.0 Mila has eyeball issues that aren't present in Gmod. The eye fix by Selph80 on the first page works perfectly but unfortunately it removes all the work done for the v2.0 model in the body groups as it is using the original .mdl file I'd assume. And idea if there is a quick way I can eyefix this myself or an updated SFM compatible version?

Oaky guys, updated the first post, including all updates, ik rigg and updated the eyeposing function for sfm, just redownload and overwrite the model files.

Uh... Yeah... I have a problem. From the neck down, Mila's body is black. Any fancy lighting effects against her skin still exist, and the wet bodygroup is a black body, but still wet. If you don't get it from what I'm saying, just ask me to post a picture...

I'm using GMod. I can't use SFM for shit. But the clothing bodygroups and everything from the neck up is perfectly fine and colored properly... It's as if from the neck down she's drenched in black paint, almost. That make any sense?

Also, just so you know, she was working fine before I downloaded her again once you made the fighter outfit bodygroups. And yes, I did replace everything properly. I'm positive of that.

Nevermind my issue. It seems to have fixed itself.

For those of you using this model in SFM with hair transparency issues when using lights I have found a pseudo-fix. In your Steam\SteamApps\common\SourceFilmmaker\game\usermod\materials\models\DxN\Mila_DOA5 folder open up mil_hairblack_base.vtm in notepad. Add "$alphatest" 1 inbetween the translucent and nocull modifiers Save and reload the model in SFM. The black portion of her hair should be visible now albeit it looks a bit janky, though this is probably preferable to being half bald. I'm not sure if there is a way to make it look better(I have tried) and as for an actual fix for this I do not posses the skills to manually edit the model myself so this is the best I can do for ya. When I got her loaded in SFM she has the bikini on, how do you take it off?

right click on the model´s animation set in the animation set editor, go to "change bodygroups" and change the bodygroups there.

I was messing around in faceposer and it appears that some of her modifiers were missing. Like for example I had a slider for the left outer brow, but the one for the right outer brow was missing. Is it the model or is it my GMOD? D:
