Multi-Purpose Female Body Construction Kit [MODELLING TOOL]

Firstly, I want to make this perfecty clear: THIS WILL NOT WORK IN GARRY'S MOD OR SOURCE FILMMAKER! This is a convenience tool for modellers only! With that being said: This is a little package I threw together to help streamline the generation of female bodies with some degree of variation. The bodies are taken from the Skyrim "Calliente's Big Bottom Edition" nude mod, and all credit goes to their respective holders. All I did was convert the Skyrim NIF's to Valve SMD's. These models contain the original rigging as found on the Skyrim bodies. The skeletons have not been altered in any way, with one exception: I reduced the size of the Skyrim hands so they are compliant with Valve hand standards; I used default HL2 citizen hands to resize them. Included in this kit are the following: - My .max files (3DSMax 2010 32-bit; the same version is used for all .max files) containing the large and small hands and feet, and a full-body showing how the body should stitch together. These are in the "src" file. - .smd files of the above hands and feet. The hands and feet are separated, and are provided both "small" and "large". The major size difference is in the wrists. If you find that one pair does not stitch well onto the body, try the other. - A .max file with the 3DSMax morphers pre-loaded onto it. These morphers behave like flexes in Garry's Mod / Source Filmmaker, in that they allow you to adjust parts of the body. These morphers are taken straight rom the Calliente BodySlide Developer Tool. With these morphers, you can create any sort of body you want. Blender, Maya, and XSI Mod Tool should have similar morpher controls; consult your manuals or Google to figure out more about them. - All of the flex files used to create the above .max file, in Valve-compliant .smd. There are some problems with the morphers as they are (noticeably the neck and the arms). If you desire, you may edit the raw .smd's to delete mesh which you don't need to morph (such as the neck), and build your own morphers. If you choose to build your own morphers, I recommend you use the minimum.smd as your base. These flex files can be found in "max". - 12 prefab bodytypes. You can use these directly out of the box if you wish, or, and this is my recommendation, you may combine them with other provided smds (either prefabs or flexes) via your modeling program's Morpher control, and use the prefabs as a template to reduce the amount of fiddling you have to do. - The original, darkly skinned 4096 x 4096 texture, as well as my Caucasian reskin of that texture. Also provided is a very juvenile but serviceable normal-map. It is very low quality, and I recommend that, if you are able to, you build your own, better normal map. Or ask someone else to do it. Really, the ones I provided are terrible. Here is a .GIF showing off the 12 included prefab body types. Not shown are the minimum.smd or the 16 flexes in "max". I give no guarantees as to the quality of the rig, mesh smoothing / stitching, or its serviceability in whatever you may pursue. If there is a weightmap issue or similar with any provided files, however, I will attempt to fix them upon notification. Beyond that, you're on your own. Here there be dragons. Download the MPFBCK v1.00 HERE. ONE FINAL NOTICE: These models are exactly 1.75 times as large as Standard Half-Life 2 citizens. I kept them at this size to allow modellers to downscale without the possibility of artifacts (rare, but I have had it happen before).

Woah, very well done, I will see if I can put these to good use =)! I have a question though. How do you easiest port .nif to .smd? Since every time I'm trying to do this, I get some weird seem on the butt. And the faces is losing some of it smoothness, like having a flat-square on the chin, as if some polygons are missing? I am using 3DS Max btw.

This is good stuff, saves me time from exporting from making a new body, importing to 3dsmax, exporting and fixing all the seams and shit every time at the wrists and foot.

This is a godsend, I have an amazing mesh put together though I haven't much of a clue on how I'd rig it for posing with the right bones. Any suggestions or ideas? Tried decompiling the aurora model and sticking those valve biped bones in but I haven't pained their weights yet and when I compiled it the bones weren't moveable in mdl viewer anyways ugh Awesome tool Aardvark! :)
