If you want to find the original model- and the video it's in- by Ktr-Liane07, you can find it on her DeviantArt page here. Again, all the credit goes to her for actually going through the effort of modelling this thing- I'm just delivering it to you in Garry's Mod form.
I've been working on this port for weeks now, but this is my first port ever, so there's bound to be some issues with it that I missed. If you run into any problems, post about them here or PM me and I'll try and fix them.
Also, the fingers can be a little... weird. It might be better to use the joint tool to pose them rather than the finger-poser tool.
