Another preview for the next update! Dean's shirt has been altered to accomodate his shorts, so you no longer need a separate bodygroup for it. Also important is that he now has a second penis bodygroup that's smaller then his normal one, which makes it much more convenient for Oral Sex poses! It fits into Zoey's mouth realistically without clipping through her lips on both sides of her mouth once you've widened them. Posing the smaller penis should be fine if you use the Ragdoll Mover Tool.

The ring as a separate prop makes me think, actually; Maybe in-universe, DE members have different colored rings depending on their rank within the clubhouse? Like newcomers get a Bronze Ring, and as they work their way up in notoriety they can earn a Silver or Gold Ring? That would be kinda cool. Also, great work guys! I can't wait to see the poses you guys make with Dean!

I asked Anon, and he said yeah, Dean's face is sampled from Noel's face. He said he made some slight alterations to the nose and eyebrows to try and make the face look a little different.

Since i absolutely LOVE Noel and redheads, i ofc love this model as well! Praise the GiantKrill!! I fixed the textures, made new normals, tweaked vmts, made new lightwarps, exps and AOs. Basically a fuckload of fixes and improvements. There's still work to do though and i'd be also happy to get an alt version of him scaled to match Nude Dante's height/size... The following screen only shows the new diffuses and normals. Please notice that this version i'm using as an example is for my own purposes, [glow:16u7lbkg]you'll most likely get the improved original version[/glow:16u7lbkg] (orig hair,eyes,dick) so don't throw me a line like :" KNINRAAAAM! Y U CHANGE THE TEXTURES I WANT ORIGINAL NAO!", it would annoy me and i'll probably slap you in a face... !! NOTICE !! Since Dean is built on my and Plasmid's nude Dante base and using my textures, i fixed him how i saw fit. I don't take suggestions or requests regarding the improved textures. Now, you have a gorgeous model already done, that just needed some fixing for certain areas. I'm sure you understand that this was much less time taking for me than what you asked before. I'm more than happy to help if the quality is what it is with Dean here. Having extra cock @ DE is a lot of win in my book. Besides, he's using Kreiss' face and has nice hair, he's smexy! That's enough to get me interested. :D The friend you had for this project did splendid work! Too bad about "Anon's" situation though, i would've had a load of jobs waiting for a good modeler... The improved version includes: - Improved original textures (incl. diffus, norms, AOs, exps etc...). - New textures for freckle boy (incl. diffus, norms, AOs, exps etc...). - New ultra flexible phys. - Rescaled model ( matches Nude Dante ). - Proper shadows. - $mostlyopaque added. - $noselfcollisions added. ( he can touch himself now lol ). And probably a load of other stuff...

If you want it to be working as an alt model, please go dload mdlhexer from here: http://www.mechatheslag.net/portfolio/mdl-hexer-1-02/ You can hex another version of the larger mdl ( when it'll be out ) OR you can just update the textures for your current mdl. Actually there was something else I wanted to bring up about the model, specifically the short version. Given his height in that one, I feel like his head should be slightly larger then it currentey is. Not by much, just a little. Would look a bit more natural in my opinion. It's just that as he currentley is, his head feels slightly smaller then it should be when I put him next to other characters. I've taken to giving him a few quick clicks with the inflator tool on his head before using him lately.

You didn't get it right friend, with the mdlhexer you can make alt copies of a specific model that doesn't interfere or cause trouble with the original. If you want a fixed version of original, shorter Dean Demasso with a bigger head, you need to get someone to get it done for you. Unfortunately i am not that person. I wasn't asking a permission. I got a publicly shared model modified for my own purposes which i'm GOING to release for public, just because i'm being nice. I do not take requests regarding the original Dean, his textures or his model, nor the new one.

The Dean model has been updated! Check the OP for details and new download links! This update features a brand new formal suit and sunglasses for Dean, as well as some added upper lip facial flexes for more detailed mouth expressions.

1/20: Bloodwail has updated Dean: Dean's head has been slightly re-sized to better fit his proportions. He also has no self-collisions (Meaning he can now touch himself, lol) and better tweaked arm joint constraints. Re-Download now! I made a special section in rig_body for the penis, it should be working from there, if not use this updated version below, i know that one works with the script.

As I said just above, i updated the SFM version with the new flexes, and now that he has more eyelid stuff I added some more eye features that the hl2 models have. get it here - http://a.pomf.se/zmvcfz.zip It has the model, so keep the mats; and the QC I used if you're curious.

I'd be fine with extra hairstyles, but as bloodwail said, I'd like to see them first. In the meantime, I don't think Dean will need any major updates until Gnin finishes his redone textures. The past few weeks bloodwail's been porting up a storm for me, for which I am incredibly grateful. I think he deserves a break! I think blonde hair is totally doable. You'll have to wait ahwile though, I want to take a break from updating him for a couple weeks.

This is a wicked model, closest male ragdoll i could find with longish hair, i gave him a Sonata Arctica shirt cos yeah haha just learning about editing materials and thought he would look good as a metalhead not sure if this was the best place to post it but here he is

While I don't plan on beginning the work on it yet, I do have some plans for the next update. First of all, I'd like to give Dean a pair of shorts/trunks for summer/beach shots. I also want a SFW version without the legs bodygroup so that the model can be put up on the Steam Workshop without conflict. Of course, we'll provide a link to the full version here at DE in the description. It'll be a way to get the model out there more and hopefully garner interest in DE.

Work on the next update will be starting soon! I'm just looking for a nice pair of shorts we can give Dean for shots involving warmer weather. If anyone knows about a model we can borrow the shorts from, please let me know!

NEWEST UPDATE IS OUT NOW! Download from the OP to get it! Here's what's in this update: -A pair of shorts/swim trunks -His shades now come in 3 bodygroups: On his face, lowered, and on top of his head! -New skingroups for different colored hair-black, red, and blonde! -An extra bodygroup that gives Dean a smaller, more blowjob-friendly sized penis. (his regular giant-sized one is still there, too, don't worry!) -He now casts dynamic shadows when a lamp is shone on him! (Note: His hair will not cast a shadow, this is still being looked into.)

Also BloodWail just sent me a new Dean model with the trunks, just tested it out, looks great so far but needs a little bit of tweaking... EDIT: AAAAaaaand BAM! BloodWail saves the day again! Dean will now have a specific bodygroup for his shirt that will fit over his shorts. This is still a WIP for the next update, so it won't be released just yet. A few people have commented that Dean's penis is a little too big, making it difficult for oral sex poses. So I've asked Bloodwail to add a seperate bodygroup with a smaller one to accommodate. This will be included in the next update.

No idea, I've asked Gnin about it but he hasn't responded yet. Gnin said before that he's really particular about his work, he won't say it's finished until he thinks it's perfect. So, it might take a while longer.

The smaller penis model is borrowed from the RE5 Chris Redfield model. Yes, the texture's not exact to the rest of his body, but this will be remedied in a future update. Also I've decided to release the update tomorrow without Gnin's retexture since he's still working on it and probably won't be finished for a while longer. Also the SFW Steam Workshop version will not be worked on/released until after Gnin finishes the texture update. bloodwail and I decided that was for the best so Dean is as polished as possible for the mainstream public release.

Gonna have to delay this a little while longer, Bloodwail's making some excellent fixes. Now for some good news! Among the fixes: -Dean will now finally cast dynamic shadows when you shine a lamp on him! -The smaller BJ-friendly penis will now use a modified version of his original one instead of the less detailed RE5 Chris Redfield one.

What i meant was that i don't really need any extra stress right now, so therefore such promises shouldn't be made. But i'll naturally get the fixed textures out quicker IF i can get a scaled version of Dean ;) I think it would be REALLY useful to share a version of him for both, GM and SFM that matches Dante's height/size. Do you think you guys can get that done?

when it comes to adding clothes to dean you will have to post model links of the clothes you seek here or show them to giantkrill for his approval

The thing is, I'm hoping for stuff like fleece jackets and clean-cut suits and ties.

Nothing to report until the textures are finished. Although I was thinking recently while doing some posing, Dean could use a facial flexes controlling his tounge for licking poses... A jacket seems like it would be a good accessory, though, but that sounds more like something to be added to the SFW version later on.

I think it's best if you stop stalling the next update and get it out. There's a humongous amount of texturing still to be done and i'm going to take my time setting everyting up properly. Each time you tell a member "nothing to report until textures are finished" you increase my workload and i'd rather not have that, thanks. Just get the patch out. You can update the OP anytime after that whenever i have time to finish up all the textures.

Bloodwail's adding the new tounge flexes and a jacket now. I'm hoping we can release it together with the public-release SFW version.

Just want to mention that another new set of clothes is in line to be added to Dean! I'm gonna keep it as a suprise for a little while longer! Also presently Bloodwail has other duties to perform before he works on the next additions, so please be patient with him!

I have just finished the last of the new updates for dean and sent them so giantkrill just has to ok them and it should be ready for posting soon

You guys may need to wait a couple more days before I can release, I've been a tad busy with life and such. But I will test, approve, and release the new Dean as soon as I can!

I fucking love this. Bloodwail did an amazing job creating a Medieval/Fantasy outfit for Dean using parts borrowed from the Assassin's Creed series! This dashing, swashbuckling alternate-universe version of Dean is a seperate model from the original Dean, with its own bodygroups for removing his various articles of clothes. A download link will be added to the OP shortly!

Also, Bloodwail just sent me the latest version of normal Dean to test out. This update gives Dean a new jacket and some extra facial flexes so he can move his tounge around for some licking action. I'll test and release him soon!

There's an SFM version, Pipedude's working on it. All future updates to the SFM version of Dean go to the SFM release thread

The "Safe-For-Work" Steam Workshop version of Dean is still in progress, as I've noticed a few odd bugs in it. I've already let Bloodwail know.

Do you think there's any way that the coat could be made into a separate bodygroup/skingroup? That way, people like me could use him shirtless with a coat on. Also, do you think you could make more hair skingroups and maybe add a beanie as a hat bodygroup?
