That's actually not the case. While it is recommended that you use .VPK's in your "custom" folder, you can actually use regular folders instead (this was probably meant for mods that were long abandoned by their creators, which would therefore still be in the original folder format). All you would have to do is drop the folder containing the "materials" and "models" folder into the "custom" folder (so in this case, you would drop the "tf2" folder into "custom"). It should be able to work then. Regarding the Scout model, I like how you even included the zombie skin (that's usually a problem for custom models which would automatically use the RED team skin if it lacks a zombie skin). But for some reason, the whole zombie head comes up as a bright yellow, with the exception of one eye. Also, there's a small problem with the legs bodygroup for her. The renovated Fem Scout actually keeps some extra skin beneath her socks, so that she would be able to fit into the regular Scout's shoe miscs without having to make extra custom models for those miscs. That means that none of those items fit properly on this model, leaving invisible space on the legs. I hope that made sense. Apart from those bits, great job!

I just kinda wished it had alittle bit better physics and not the physics of the old models. othere than that it's perfect for me.

Do you think you can rig this model (http://filesmelt.com/dl/WinryTheWrench.rar)to work in TF2?
